What Next To Nobody doesn't like about Tacomiendo St Pete:
Food actually smelled of vomit. My coworker said this was the case a month prior. When they were out of plantains, they didn't tell us upon ordering nor give us an itemized receipt, so idk if we paid for it. The cheesecake burrito was also not worth ever trying again. The soda even seemed old. So will never visit again. Sad because first two times were amazing. View all feedback.

This is in the neighborhood so we wanted to try it out. To be fair we were comparing it to a pretty authentic Mexican restaurant right down the road.It stacked up pretty good.The waitress was very friendly and accommodating. We both had the Birria Tacos which is why I went because their online pictures looked so good . They did not disappoint. So tasty with the Birria shedded beef in the fryed shell with a consume' and a mole sauce. I would go there just for that.We had a side of beans and rice which were good. We also had a side of Pico de Gallo. The Pico was different because they make theirs with pickled Jalapeños instead of fresh jalapeño's. They said this is because people were complaining that the fresh were too spicy lol. Turns out Pico de Gallo with picked Jalapeño's is pretty good. My wife who loves Pico said she wont make it any other way now.I will also add that their iced tea was brewed perfectly and a step above your average iced tes.Bottom line is, Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, great food.Well worth a visit.
Birria tacos were great, look forward to trying out more of the menu. I suggest light cheese, its a high calorie menu item.
This used to be our go to Mexican food spot that was more authentic than most in the area. But since the change in owners the recipes do not taste the same and the food is not as flavorful, the quality seemed to decrease as well. It’s just not as good and we probably won’t be going back.
