I typically have great experiences with this restaurant, but I faced an issue during a recent online order. I waited over an hour for my food, and when it finally arrived, it was cold. I'm quite disappointed. Overall, I'd rate the food a 3 and the service a 2.

The delivery service was excellent, and they were very clear over the phone. However, I was disappointed with the food I ordered—bourbon chicken and veggie lo mein. The chicken was chewy, and the noodles were extremely sticky with little texture, which made it feel like the dish had been sitting for a while. I also tried the wonton soup, but it had an unusual taste, almost like the pot it was cooked in needed to be cleaned. Overall, it was not a good experience. I'm used to the one in Clearwater, which is much better! Please ignore the lighting in the picture; the quality of the food just wasn't there.

Had take out Wonton soup was old and stale. Pork Ribs tasted good but tough. Last time to buy here Food: 1 Service: 1
