Subway - Kennesaw

I enjoyed a fantastic experience and sandwich from this location! Maurice made me a perfectly crafted tasty sandwich while Tiffany provided over the top customer service! Go out of your way to try this Subway you will be impressed!

I was at this Subway on June 24, 2019 around 4:30 pm, and as I walked in I saw that there was nobody behind the Subway counter. All the displays were down and covering the meat, as the employee was “in the bathroom”. A lady from corporate ended up going behind the counter and was very kind and made me my turkey sub and gave it to me for free. Of course I was originally frustrated seeing nobody behind the counter, and standing there waiting for someone to take care of me, but the lady from corporate helped to make it right by taking care of my order and making sure that I left satisfied, and to that I say a job well done. I had still expected to pay for my sub, but her doing that for me made my day. Thank you so much!

I ordered 2 veggie subs with tomatoes,onions, cucumbers, olives, lettuce, spinach, pepper, oregano, and vinegar. I know they had the ingredients because i saw them make another order with the same ingredients, but this is what I got. This is the second day in a row that this has happened. The people that work here could not possibly care less about doing their jobs. I tried to contact corporate for a redund, but there is no option available on the subway website.

The room was clean quiet and comfortable. Slept well. I am not keen on the room lay out. But I did not design it. The front desk girl Becky was polite , courteous, friendly and helpful.

This subway is really clean and nice but WHY DO YOU GUYS JUST CLOSE RANDOMLY? Change your hours or something because I went at 7 and y?all said you were closed for the day. The sign and google said 8pm.
