Oyster Cafe - Kennesaw

Oh, my God! I brought the food here. The ambience is simple and simple, but the customer service and the food were 5 stars! Myles had a big smile and a happy disposition about him. The food came very fast! EVERYTHING tasted amazingly good. I'm definitely back.

First visit and can't wait to go back! Friends have spoken about the Oyster Cafe for months, and since we have all birthdays, we decided it would be the perfect place to celebrate. Easy access from 41 with many parking spaces. We went on Tuesday at 6:30 and it wasn't full. Several couples, 2 medium-sized parties and a very big party. I wanted to arrive first and sit right now. The waitress met me at the table to order my drink. They had a good selection of beer and cocktails. When my party arrived, the server was there, fast with drinks. We ordered 1/2 dozen raw oysters, three of us had the fried shrimps, one had the spiced fish, and another one had the plate. The shrimps were large, cleaned, but not butterfly, and slightly broken. The dough was greasy, golden, and I recommend going for the dozen. They were so delicious that I had eaten a whole other order I had every room. The parts of everything were excellent. We had heard about the fried rice as a side, so most of us ordered this and the in-law. I am very picky about Slav and it was the first thing I ate. Like the tartar he had the smallest touch of horseradish. A friend ordered the Hushpuppies and shared. Delicious. Our whole party agreed that we would add the Oyster Cafe to our list for a future return trip. Excellent food and service at a reasonable price.

I've been fed with the family owners since they were far north of 41. Almost 40 years. Always fresh, always delicious. Best of atlanta winner several times. I'm still for baked Cajun oysters.

Must taste the baked potato. Only available after 5 while they stop. Great service. Eating is coming out quickly. I rarely eat fried food, but the fried shrimps are brilliant.

It's been a while since I was able to visit this place, again! DELICIOUS FOOD! Great prices for the fresh seafood! Will definitely go back! Was so hungry I forgot to take a before picture of the fried shrimp, and oysters :
