Dunkin' - Kennesaw

Just had a coffee delivered that I ordered and it wasnt right. Have been trying to call repeatedly for the past 10 minutes to figure out how to have it replaced and theyve not only not been picking up the phone, but Im fairly certain they've denied my call a few times. Extremely disappointed in this location at this point.

Doughnut holes were 2 but no more. I still love the coffee no one matches not even star .

They made my coffee temperature exactly as I asked!

I went there on Sunday, October 18th. I came with my sister there was two outstanding guys working at the time I came which was about 6pm I think. We got chocolate munchkins 10ct and the guy gave us extra so thank you. My sister wanted coffee. We got mocha iced coffee and it was lacking the mocha and sugar sweet feeling and tasted like sanitizer. So, we told the guy and he was like I could just make you something else so we got the pumpkin iced latte. It was yummy except for some coffee beans at the bottom but Id give it 9/10. So shoutout to that guy. THANK YOU! So I came again on Monday, October 19th. I tried something else chocolate mocha and it was lacking so that?s on me for trying something else. I got the new maple bacon sandwich. It was definitely worth trying. The bacon definitely sells it for me! PS: It was my first time trying Dunkin? so no hate and you can?t please everyone. But overall it was pretty okay!

Young man at drive through, not wearing a mask and gave me a very disgusting lid for my latte. Had a hair in it, cream from doughnut filling (I suppose) and coffee grinds ..this was on top of lid. I didn't even try to remove the lid bc i was afraid of what I was gonna find inside. This happened a few minutes ago.
