The service is great, the location is even better, and their black bean and impossible burgers are good fire! Her cookies and cream milk shakes are also the best. However, the price is not cheap, it is worth every penny when you factor in the quality of food and amazing customer service. They won't be disappointed.

Terrible service. I asked for a extra sauce and the manger- whom I assume was the manager (bald, middle age white guy. on duty looked at me and just shook his head no and walked away annoyed. There was 5 of us and 1 sauce wasn’t enough… I’ve never been treated so poorly at a restaurant. Not to mention the kids grilled cheese was a cold piece of cheese on a hamburger bun. I have eaten here several times and never had a issue, until today. I get being under staffed but there is no reason for rude service especially at a over priced burger place.

I'm so glad I and my friend are coming! I love the Super Burger Bowl Salad! I get the fat-free Balsamico dressing. This is one of the best salads I've ever had in my life!! My friend likes to get the Speck Cheeseburger and the sweet potato fries. You have the Coca Cola Freestyle machine and I like to get the AHA! My friend got a cookie and cream milkshake on the other day and it was really good! The only time they messed up is when they didn't put the cheese or bacon on my friend Burger, but they didn't fix it for us. Also we order our burgers well made and only once the burger has too pink for my friend to finish it.

The food was great. Wife enjoys it mainly through gluten-free rolls that taste like a regular bungalow. Update 2/19 Burger with sweet potato friries is one with gluten-free rolls.

I have to say we went here to a whim... and we're glad we made it!! I have the Tex Mex and my wife the black and nleu burger. They were both from this world. We have cookies and cream and chocolate. You've got us the biggest straws I've ever seen! I can see why the shakes were so good and thick. We'll be back and if you weren't, you should go! The service was also wonderful!! Very appreciated!
