After returning home from our trip, I had a craving for a salad, and I was not let down. It was absolutely delicious, and I will definitely be returning to this restaurant. The cleanliness and customer service were outstanding. As the owner of #ImagineDatVacation, I also see this experience as valuable market research to share with my clients.
The staff at this restaurant is outstanding! The food is always fresh, and one employee, Nikki Held, consistently greets customers with a warm smile and engages in delightful conversations. Overall, the restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere, is clean, and has a friendly vibe. For me, exceptional customer service and a positive attitude from the staff are the most important aspects! I even go out of my way to visit this particular Subway instead of the one just two blocks from my house!
The gentleman was doing his best, but he was working alone without any assistance due to COVID. Unfortunately, they had run out of several items, which resulted in a limited selection. Additionally, the food didn't appear fresh; it looked like it had been sitting out for a while.
The service was excellent, and the food was wonderful. I’m giving it four stars because the drink machine was not working.
