I like a lot of celantro on a banh mi, but I couldn't even taste it on this sandwich. the swarm was tender and the vinegar came out of the pickled veg. it would have been great with enough celantro and a little worries. the hi italian had been good for the veggies, but pickles, wobbles and pesto would have helped.
