Mcdonald's - KENNEBUNK

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The service is terrible every time! Honestly, the management needs to train their employees better and improve efficiency. After waiting 20 minutes at the pick-up window, I finally received my children's Happy Meals. This isn't the first time this has happened, but a cheeseburger is not the same as a hamburger. When I asked for extra sauce, they didn't even bother to look and walked away from the window.

I used to work at this restaurant 20 years ago. It is a quaint little spot with poor customer service. Maybe it was just a bad day when I visited, but the food and service were disappointing. The meal I ordered was $10 and appeared to have been reheated in a microwave. This experience reinforces my preference for fresh, quality food over quick options.

I have given this restaurant 20 chances, but no matter the day, time, or staff, it is consistently disappointing. They never get my order right and I often have to wait on the parking lot or on the street to find out what I ordered. There have been multiple occasions where they forgot about us or gave our food to the wrong people. Expect long waits as they are usually understaffed and overwhelmed. If you are in need of fast food in Kennebunk, I recommend going to 5 Points in Biddeford for better service and hot food.

Today is 3. mai 2001, 10:10 o'clock. travel by Kennbunkport in business. I just looked past this mcdonald. the voice of a woman talked about the drive-thru and said she was at a moment with me. several minutes passed. No one was in the lobby or in advance before me, so I thought I could have looked better if they were closed, and if what I heard was a shot. the voice of the woman whispered immediately when I asked if someone was in there. She has repeatedly accused me of being impatient and rude. I tried to get a word to avoid any incident. then she finished her straightening from me by telling me to go on the road and that they would serve me. I asked if I could talk to the manager, and she said she was the manager. I saw a man hired from the gasse coming in mcdonald’s, and asked him to thank her so that I could get something to eat as everything was closed. he took my order and took my food.

I got my order fine, and the dude that gave me my money at the first window was cool, but as soon as I went to the last window to grab my order, I asked the lady how her day was, she didn’t say a word, then she gave me my order and walked away after I said have a nice day. I also had an occurrence before where there was this young girl working on her own, I ordered a coffee with sugar and cream, I grab my coffee after giving her a tip, and she doesn’t say anything as she giggles, and walks away with my tip, I take a sip, and it’s black coffee with no sugar and cream, unbelievable.
