Stopped in and order was incorrect. There was an extra item. Told not to worry they would credit my credit card back the 3 overcharge. Checked my account the next day and only original charge was there no credit for overcharge. Tried to call to complain since this isn't my local dunkin. There appears to be no way to reach them by phone unless you have a PIN.
Kennebunk DD line is all the way to the road! They still are not letting anyone inside even though all DD around us are.
Gotta hand it to this crew they're efficient!! I normally would never wait in a line even half this long for a coffee and a sandwich, but I had pre-ordered with the app so I was stuck. I was dreading my wait, but it was only 5-10 minutes, which is incredible when you consider there were probably 20+ cars in front of me! And my order was perfect.

The food and drinks were very good. I felt bad as they only had two girls staffed and there were lines in both Drive and In Store, but they did their best and I hope they had a good rest of their days. Lots of love to those 2
