Arby's - Kendallville

Went late night Saturday 1030pm.ordered rueben meal, and wife got turkey bacon ranch meal. Can tell you for $28.00 . The rueben was not good, not much meat and bread was hard, fries weren't hot either waited and pulled us forward to wait and still got cold , old food. Great job.

Line always moves fairly quickly. Order is always correct. Friendly staff.

4th car in the drive through, ..waited 22 minutes to even order. No one inside, til I pulled in, 2 left before I even ordered. They maybe had a fifteen minute overall time wait, where I was almost 30 minutes from order to getting food. ..Always generally slow, ..but today was worst I’ve seen.

It was a quiet evening without a lot of people in the dining area. The drive was busy but they took good care of us well.

Service was slow but the food was hot and fresh. Seemed like they were short staffed bc the same lady taking the orders was handing them out. Prices are kinda expensive but it's expected for Arbys. I paid like $4 for biscuits and gravy $3 for three hash browns and like $3 for a large root beer but I ordered a couple of each. I just wanted to give an idea of the prices. They do package the biscuits seperate from the gravy now. I'd go back.Kid-friendliness: Allows kids.
