The staff is extremely slow, they frequently run out of items (like ketchup, for example), and they appear to be indifferent to the customers' needs.

I went through the drive-thru about 15 minutes before closing on a Friday night. Either the microphone wasn't working or the cashier didn't understand English. After repeating my order several times, I was instructed to drive to the window. They had run out of the original chicken and white meat, so I opted for crispy dark meat and requested a small container of extra gravy. The wait was surprisingly long, especially since I was the only customer. When he handed me the bag, it didn't include the extra gravy, and I also had to remind him to give me my drink. I was really disappointed when I arrived at the hotel to find dried-out chicken, old mashed potatoes, and only half a container of extra gravy. I understand they were closing, but I believe we should expect better quality for the price we pay.

Overall, I enjoyed it, though.

Every time I visit, I have the same great experience. The service is outstanding, I'd give it a solid 10/10.
