This restaurant has a lot to offer! The food is flavorful, healthy, and offers plenty of variety. We ordered two large bowls filled with noodles, vegetables, and mushrooms. I chose tofu while my husband opted for chicken, and we both felt satisfied without being overly full. Plus, the meal was quite healthy. The customer service was excellent; the staff was friendly, attentive, and took the time to answer our questions, making us feel very welcome. However, I did think the vegetables could use a bit more seasoning and be less dry, especially the broccoli and Brussels sprouts. Overall, it was a great experience!
Great place for lunch! The food is fresh, and the portions are generous. The staff is really friendly, and the location is very clean.
I had a really disappointing experience with customer service! I usually visit the Kendall location, where the staff is always very friendly. However, today I ordered through the Bolay app, and my delivery was missing two sides. I called to report the issue, but the person I spoke with was very unhelpful and didn’t resolve anything. In fact, he just hung up on me. I definitely wouldn't recommend ordering from the Pine Crest location!
Just tried Bolay for the first time and wow that was good?. A nutritional and delicious bowl for a reasonable price! Can?t wait to try out the rest of the items next time. Jordan and the pinecrest team made my first time an awesome experience.
Was introduced to this place couple of weeks ago. On my 5th visit I decided to get the same bol I have been ordering for the past 3 times since I really liked the food, but to my surprise it was 3 dollars more when they rang me up? As I asked why?First they told me I got double steak which is false never asked for extra, since that excuse didn 't work then they said it 'sbecause I ordered a PREMIER item.... heck is the same exact order from my previous 3 visits. Finally manager comes to therescue and to my surprise once again she could care less and decides to not even acknowledge they have charged me a differentrate for the same bol not 1 or 2 but 3 previous times, I even offered to show her proof. End result as she explained it, theprevious visits two different employees must of made a mistake, but regardless pay more today. Unreal, so she rather lose a newcustomer who has been spending over 16 a visit for the past 2 weeks than say sorry charge me same and tell me from here on thisis the cost of your order even though we dropped the ball in the past. Incompetent Management, too bad since I really liked thefood and was getting used to visiting for lunch almost daily.
