I believe it was last Saturday but I had some awesome service from Jason. He was the only one at subway working and there was a huge line. He had a smile on his face the whole time and was pretty fast for being the only one. Not only was he making everyone's order but also taking online orders too. His great attitude had made me feeling welcomed and made my day. I would definitely come back for service like that!! View all feedback.
What Kiana C doesn't like about Subway:
We went in and one of the employees was pretty frantic and seemed to be upset, I understand it was pretty busy and he was overwhelmed. We had asked him to change his gloves as he had just helped someone check out and was touching the computer and money, and he got upset and threw a little fit about it and then came back with new gloves and threw my sandwich together very sloppy and wrapped it up with all the veggies... I’m not one to complain but really? My boyfriend (who asked him to change his gloves) was in no way mean or rude about it. Just want to bring it to the manager/owners attention to talk to them about changing their gloves more often and how important it is.
We enjoy subway the staff are very nice, we enjoy how fast they make our Sandwich while talking to us and making it very pleasant to dine in. . JOJO

We love Ryan that works here...he's makes the best Sub sandwiches. Always polite and friendly.
Not only was I unable to place an order on the app well before 8:45 PM cutoff but we were hoping to make a basic turkey sub it shouldn’t take 15 it’ll be fine but that’s until we arrived, they hid. Glad I wasn’t interested in the register unlike some folks we have all ran into working any food or retail seemed wrong to just leave the store front unattended at all if you don’t like work find a new job. When my girlfriends order came through we drove to the store and made it to the store at 8:45 to see all lights on and no cars in the parking lot and no employees just an empty desk and her order on the shelf. The sandwich was lacking in a lot of ways not even close to normal amounts of sauce they put the chicken was cold like it wasn’t even warmed up granted the 10-12 minute ride it was to the store and it was fine all together 5/10. we split the sub just for my side to have a whole stem on it from a pepper that was literally an inch long I don’t comprehend how you didn’t see or feel it when putting it on the sub with blinding fluorescent lights too right above you. We like crunch not the crunch of biting into a miniature log in your subway. The time before this was waiting an additional 45 minutes after placing the online PICKUP 20 minutes before arrival. Alaska customer service at its finest.
