We love to eat at the kenai and find ourselves here when we eat in kenai! eating is delicious, and although the service can be slow, sometimes they were always friendly and mistaken properly made.

From what the locals told me , there service was poor. It's no longer open..sad cause I like my Carl's back home and wanted a good burger..

This restaurant was extremely unclean. The floor leading from the kitchen to the dining area was covered in food and dirt. The back door of the kitchen was cluttered with trash and food cartons. The doors were so greasy that I had to use my sweatshirt to open them, especially the one leading to the play area. I even had to wipe down our table with sanitizing wipes before my children could sit down.

The two drive-thrus know that they are the only option available. The owner of this franchise needs to hire more staff. It's time for a change because the quality and service just don't seem to matter to them. I have been patient for too long, but I've experienced several instances of poor service and confusion. You can end up sitting in your car for a long time, only to find out that your order wasn't correct when you get to the window. I'd recommend trying the Burger bus or another place; their service is faster and more reliable.

The situation in the food preparation area was quite chaotic. Other customers were left waiting because most of the staff was joking around instead of working. After 20 years in the food service industry, I have never encountered such a disorganized and unprofessional team. The manager seemed to prioritize having fun over ensuring customer satisfaction. I won’t be returning.
