Xxxlutz - Kempten (Allgaeu)

In October, we decided on a sofa that was commissioned. However, we had decided otherwise and wanted to cancel what was confirmed to us by phone in customer service 2x. Unfortunately, just 2 weeks later, a call for payment fluttered to the house, which forced us to drive to Kempten personally. I have to say customer service very badly, but we have been very well on the market itself. What I would like to highlight is the friendly and competent advice of Mr. Fabio Maenza Head of Department Young Housing, which has made us possible a cancellation. Thank you.

Had to send our stroller..as, leighs buggy with sportsitz for a straight 2 months old baby. after 3 weeks the frame has returned without wheels. on request this was no longer present and should be ordered extra new, a week later asked if it was ordered or already delivered, the statement of the manufacturer is on vacation at the moment. stranger wisely, 2 hours later our bikes appeared again and we could pick up the stroller. neither apologise nor a statement of sudden sound. in the baby department we don't buy anything anymore!

The delivery came only after 5 months promised 2-4 weeks, always called and asked if the furniture finally arrived has never got info, good appearance that was already promised in January compensated until the end of the march also not there, so you need to ask a lot! in the next furniture store I make big sheets around the xxxl!!!
