L’acadien - KEMPT HEAD

After visiting the bell museum, we stopped for some soup and sandwiches. We were not disappointed. The chowder and sandwiches were delicious, and the chocolate cake was a perfect end to the meal.

If you happen to be touring Isle Madame (and I highly recommend that you do), this is a fantastic spot to stop for lunch. Located in the heart of Petit de Grat at La Picasse, a multi-functional center, this cozy café serves delicious homemade meals. The menu features daily specials loved by locals. The staff is welcoming and the food is excellent.

A small café located in a community centre only open Wed - Fri and special events. A special each day which is usually priced between 6.95 and 10.95 and can be found on their facebook page. Local favorites all prepared on site. Not to be missed if you are nearby. Call ahead to ensure they are open.
