I wanted to bring a more follow-up to the opinion, give to isabelle and roger, by my spouse. actually a kitchen, of very good quality, small dishes in agreement with the bosses. I recommend to the passing people to taste as much dishes as desserts. I thank for their welcome and professionalism the patrons who know how to share a pleasant moment on their little paradise. What User doesn't like about La Peniche:
the setting is nice and quiet. service is as much, a rare thing in a restaurant nowadays is the proposal to bring us back water without having to insist. we had taken the menu of the day, unfortunately the peasant salad was a salty hair (for us) the macaroni of the dish was too cooked, otherwise the fish was good as well as the pie. a mixed but not negative meal. Practical bike access, for a short or long break.
I took a slicer at the price of 35 euros, the latter was accompanied by vegetables and what disappointed me was the pepper sauce without taste, if I had to tell it what is in it: oil, water and pepper BEAUCOUP with pepper. Then the fries are not home, the meat was not bad but without more. To conclude the price is too high because of frozen fries and pepper sauce.
Original place but vintage decoration. We eat it properly, quickly if necessary for a reasonable rate. I suggest you book.

Small stop service during a bike ride on the bike path from Rixheim. Very nice restaurant and very nice staff. I think I'll go back for lunch. The lemon sorbet was simply delicious.
