Pho Boardwalk - KEMAH

This restaurant was not the best that I have been to. I stand by my negative review of their early roll. The sauce was gritty and overly sweet. There was an excessive amount of cilantro in the rolls, even for someone who usually enjoys cilantro. The pork was overly sweet as well. The flavors seemed overly sugary overall, reminding me of Chinese BBQ from a buffet. I'm disappointed to leave a bad review because I was hoping to love this place, especially since I often make a 40-minute round trip for really good pho at another restaurant. This place is much closer, only 5 minutes away, but I would still choose to travel further for better quality food.

The beef banh mi was delicious! The chicken pho was also delicious and the egg rolls were perfect. The French bread was soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. I will definitely be returning!

The atmosphere and service at this restaurant were fantastic. And to top it off, the food was absolutely delicious.

Had high hopes, but not completely the experience. I have placed my order an hour before picking up and had to wait 15 minutes after the arrival and pay my bill. the area was unhappy warm and went out to wait in my car. After my order to get home, I noticed that none of the early roll were marked and had to inspect each order to say what they were before they serve my vegan friends. the erdnus sauce was a bit too sweet and did not look to be completely mixed. the hot chill oil, on the other hand, had a burned taste and had to be ejected. at the end, most guests surpassed the food and left me with extras I don't want. will try again months from now on, but not in the near future.
