Sora Sushi Kelso

The sushi is absolutely amazing. they use stick-chunks of salmon over all amazing presentation and good taste. the only thing I didn't like at this place is a fish tank that was really dirty and felt bad for the fish.

Went for the happy hour that was advertised on the website and the outside of the whole building and was HUGELY disappointed by being showing specific items that were on the happy hour menue. When I go to a SUSHI place I expect to have a REAL happy hour menue, not what the owner decided they needed to get rid of the most in that week. This is a sad establishment of a sushi restaurant and shouldn 't be considered the best sushi in the area. Kyoto had by far the BEST sushi and service I 've seen in town. This establishment should be ashamed of themselves. ?????

3.5 stars rounded up because flavor and service were good.The ingredients were fresh and the fish tasted great. Service was good. The rolls were a little messy/loose and fell apart. Also seemed too big for the standard one bite per piece, even in the smallest roll. Prices seemed a bit high compared to similar sushi places.As of this review (6/26/22), the conveyor belt is not running. I assume due to covid, which is completely understandable. I didn't see a note on their site or Google or before we walked in, so I wanted to add this note. This did not affect my rating.

I ordered the Seaside Roll and the menu says crab meat and grateful I asked if it was real crab, which it’s not but for a $4.00 to the $17.00, I could get and did. Well all I can say is I have had better for less price. It’s hard to understand staff, because they are wearing masks. So will I give them another chance absolutely not. They charge to much in my opinion for the amount of food you get.
