the service was as good as possible. I think they were short-circuited. I'm sorry for our server who did the best she could. the restaurant is very dynamic and loud. eating is excellent. we're coming back. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Xchange Kelowna:
Food portions too small for the price. 4 prawns for $13.00. Calamari was ok. Truffle fries good but nothing special. My husband loved his Caesars....said they were the best ever. My beer was ok but I found it warm. No not a place I would go to again. Sorry. View all feedback.
On arrival we were welcomed very friendly. Our reserved table was ready and everything was great.
Excellent service and food. I found the venue too bright. Would have been nice to have the lights down. At least for dinner.
Decent food. A bit underwhelming. The white bean chili was amazing but the tacos were average, the charcuterie platter was underwhelming for the price. Only 2 cheese choice and 2 meats. We don't love blue cheese. I wouldn't recommend it. Pretty sure my wife's drink was missing the gin... We left full, and it wasn't terrible... but it didn't amaze.
This was the first time I've held a business lunch at the Xchange. Service was very good with friendly and helpful staff and what looked to me to be a new menu had some great items on it.
It was just ok. Nothing was terrible but nothing was amazing either.
