The Mission Tap House - Kelowna

We ordered a prime rib sandwich and philly cheesesteak. First, they had prime rib that day as their special. Thought it would be good in a sandwich. Boy, I was wrong. The beef was dry and overly cooked. Prime rib should be rare to medium rare. None of the steak in my sandwich was close to being even pink. My wife's philly cheesesteak was not even a philly cheesesteak. I suppose you could call it a CHEESE STEAK sandwich. Regardless, the steak was cooked to hell and back, and the sandwich was overall just dry.The worst thing though was the price. They even charged us $2 for two sides of ranch dressing (which tasted like they came out of some generic store bought bottle) for our fries. I've never been to a restaurant that charged extra for that.F this place.

It was so hot outside we decided to eat inside where it was nicely air-conditioned. Lot of beer choices, I had the Okanagan Springs 1516, which is a nice light lager, but the variety of beers was good. For Food I had he Super foods salad which was okay. That was the consensus on the night with my other two friends, the place, staff and beer were nice and the food was okay.

Stopped in for happy hour! $4 beer and $5 wings. Then we had the Yorkies. OMG that's all I can say. They are mini yorkshire puddings with short rib beef and gravy and horseradish sauce. My taste buds have died and gone to heaven!!! Excellent service, craft beers and local wines. A total hit!!

My boyfriend and I went here to see The Hip Replacements play on a Saturday night. Came early to get good seats and eat. I got the short rib grilled cheese which was amazing. My boyfriend got the peanut butter and jelly bacon burger. We split our meals and were fully impressed. The burger was interesting, cool to try once but not something id order twice. The grilled cheese was very delicious. Fries were awesome although they might be breaded.I also tried the espresso martini which was super delicious and made me feel very fancy. I love how their beers and wines are all local. The atmosphere was perfect. Quiet right around dinner rush, but after 7:30 it starts to pick up. The huge bar is really fun, I love the separate areas, the layout is really good. The music was awesome, heard some good funk and rock tunes, no top 40!!My only complaint is that there wasn't a dancing area planned out for the band. In the middle of the set they had to move a reserved table that was right in front of the stage just so people could dance. But they did move it which was good because a lot of people were dancing. All in all great for a relaxed pub night out.

I spent a fair bit of time in this pub over the weekend, the food was superb and the drink selection is next level and the staff was awesome and amazingly friendly. I thought that the service was great and I happened to be there when a great band was playing. All in all it's a great pub and would recommend to anyone.
