Subway - Kelowna

My wife went and picked up 4 sandwiches to use up the last of a gift card and this time around the sandwiches were horrible. I guess my wife didn't notice but the "sandwich artist" put massive amounts of mustard on each sandwich while she was busy with the kids. I love mustard but I had to toss the sandwich...it was literally drowning in it. Also, the veg was frozen and then had thawed which left it discoloured and mushy. I am sure that was accidental, but if all your doing all day is tossing veg on buns, it should have been caught. Either way it left a bit of a bad taste in my mouth figuratively speaking, and we will choose other locations before trying this one out again. Lots of local family owned shops that are much better in the area. Thankfully that was the last of the gift cards.

Used some gift cards here and staff were friendly and quick. Better then the burger joints when the kids are getting hungry. Roast beef was decent and the veg was fresh.

The drive through Subway on Commercial Drive in Kelowna (near Sexsmith rd) has to be the worst business ever run! I was actually trying to find them on Google maps because there are a lot of bad reviews including one I posted last year but it looks like the business was removed from Google maps... I bet the people who run the location had it taken down so people couldn't read the horrible reviews. They have ripped me off, ruined my sandwiches and just as I'm typing I bit into chicken cartilage in my sub! Wow.... I told myself I wouldn't return to that location but since I had a gift card and it's close to work I thought one more time would be OK. NOPE, now I for sure will never return and hope to spread the word. My co-worker was also ripped off and ordered a specific sub only to bite into the toppings she is allergic to. She called them to get another sub with the correct toppings and the cheap buggers would not refund her nor help her in any way. They are cheap, rude and have horrible customer service.

~ I eat at Subway frequently for the food and good value!! Everyone has a favorite sub. Any location in Kelowna is consistant.

This location is a complete joke! The staff is unfriendly, poorly trained, make sloppy sandwiches and just don't care!! (I have the pictures to prove it!) The management just stands around talking to each other, won't help and pay no attention to the trainees who are screwing up.... and when asked a question, they do not know the answer!! How many pickles go on a footlong?....Answer from mgmt: "about 12 or something"....WRONG!! I asked for the regular amount and got 27!!! Careful if you order a footlong meatball....they will only give you 6 meatballs and it creates a fight when you tell them it comes with 8. They argue with customers despite the fact they are wrong!! Do not ever go to this location (Springfield Road-Kelowna) and tell ALL your friends and family to go anywhere else! GLENMORE ROAD LOCATION ROCKS!!
