Mamma Rosa - Kelowna

After wandering around the streets looking for a restaurant that wasn't a pub or sandwich shop, we stumbled into Mamma Rosa's. So glad we did. They were gracious about getting us a table and we thought we were in for a long wait because it was so packed, but were pleasantly surprised. We had wine and had ordered within a short time. Food is all freshly made and they make their own pasta which came piping hot and delicious. A great find.

Went here 34 1/2 years on our honeymoon and the food is just as amazing. Was such a treat to go back amd find the food just as good.

We spend a few days in Kelowna doing some touring around and winery visiting. We ate at a couple of very fancy and expensive wineries and I have to say this place outdid them all. It is a very unassuming little spot that seemed to be filled with locals - always a good sign. We shared the bruschetta and an artichoke salad, both delicious, and then I had the veal piccata and my husband the house special pasta. Both really excellent, fresh and tasty. Service was excellent with a very friendly server who said she was the owner's daughter in law. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner, the wine, the atmosphere, and the evening. I would go back again for sure if we are ever back in Kelowna.

We enjoyed a tasty pasta filled dinner here! Everyone's pasta was delightful and all had enough for leftovers! The brushcetta was amazing and had fresh cut tomatoes! The service was perfect and had a very small italian restaurant vibe!

Service was very good. Food was ok... Homemade noodles however the sauce was meh... We have had better italian. But in a pinch it will do
