Freshii - Kelowna

Order a Cobb salad. you can't hear the cash register. bacon comes frozen, very little food except salad. no clothes. very dry salad. Yes.

I odered a burrito with chicken, two people working. I was the only customer. I leave, drive down the road and go to eat my lunch NO CHICKEN. The two people spent the entire time preparing my sub talking to themselves. Very little to no intraction with me. I said thank you when I got my order....... no reply. I guess they are more concerned with thier conversation than doing thier job or providing customer service. Terrible staff making a bad name for a great place usually.

Had a fantastic lunch here. Freshii is generally good, but this location was spotless, the staff were very friendly and the seating and cleanliness was top notch. I don't even think we had our jackets off and the food was ready. I'm still full! Thanks guys!

This freshii in particular has much more room, well spaced out for social distancing during these times. Staff was very personable and helpful while building my favorite burrito The baja. Thanks again for the great experinece

My co worker and I were looking at salads on your website to see what we wanted for lunch, we both decided on the Cobb salad. When my coworker brought back the salads, they had blue cheese in them. She was fine with it, but I am severely allergic to blue cheese. When I called, whoever I spoke to on the phone told me that I should have ordered the Keto Cobb instead... as you can see from the attached photos, neither salad states that there is a blue cheese topping; instead aged cheddar is offered. I appreciate the effort of the younger gentleman who offered that I keep a second salad for my troubles. However, instead of telling me what I should have ordered, the woman on the phone should have just told me to come in and the salad would be fixed. It doesn 't make a difference to me either way if the location or head office is the one who makes the recipes. A mistake was made and instead of arguing about it, the answer should have been, Let 's fix this for you, no problem. Very disappointed for sure.
