All cupcakes tasted the same and overpriced. 1 time visit and won't be repeated.

We had the mini cupcakes which were a whopping $1.... read more I recently used a Groupon to try these cupcakes which look great in picture online. Very disappointed indeed. We had the mini cupcakes which were a whopping $1.90 each and consisted of a dry tasteless bottom with a flavourless icing. A Duncan Hines cake mix has more flavour and costs 1/10th the cost and you get twice the cupcakes. (And they are full size)

When I went in to pick these out, the owner said that she would not honour... read more I have a gift certificate (on which there is no expiry date) for 14 Indulge cupcakes. When I went in to pick these out, the owner said that she would not honour the gift certificate. She said the previous owner gave those out like butter ....No effort was made to offer me and my daughter at least half a dozen, or even one each. As well, I found the owner 's attitude quite negative and unfriendly. I would never go back. It is unfortunate that she chose to lose future business from me, my family, and my friends...and now possibly others as well.

Disappointed, we settled for cupcakes instead. Although we liked the display of cupcakes, the ones we picked up on our wedding day were very plain. It felt like the mother-daughter duo running the bakery just wanted our money and didn't put much effort into making the cupcakes visually appealing. In fact, it was difficult for us and our guests to distinguish between the different flavors. Overall, not a great experience.

We requested filling inside all of the cupcakes wi... read more Me and my wife recently got married and decided to have cupcakes for everyone and a small cake for ourselves. We requested filling inside all of the cupcakes witch they did not provide and the cupcakes themselves were some of the worst we have ever...eaten. The small cake they gave us was also a big let down as it was basically just a brick of icing with a small centre. To top it all off they angrily called my wife the day after there wedding saying we needed to return the display tower when they had already picked it up and she had to sort that out with them.
