Burger King - Kelowna

Not great food, tasted old and cold. Our soda’s wasn’t even filled to full! Won’t buy there again!

It was the worst customer service i have ever seen . As i ordered a veggie burger and onion rings . I requested to make it fresh. I waited there more than 15 minutes. However , the veggie patty was so greasy, and onion rings were not cooked fresh. We called them to let them know it wasn't worth paying for this food . They said we can make it fresh, and when we went back there, the kitchen guy came on the window who had poor communication skills were arguing about how he made it fresh, and he said, all i wanna say it was fresh . and has zero customer service skills . The fornt desk girl told us over the phone to come there and they will make the same order fresh but when we drove back there they were not willing to make that order. So i mean, if you said over the phone to come and grab the new order and when we were there, you did something else. Basically, you guys wasted my time and money. I am gonna complain to food safe as well if i get sick. I would have given zero star if google had that option.

Terrible condition. Bathroom doesn’t lock, has no toilet paper dispenser, very very dirty. Management needs to take some serious action here. The outside looks also very run down and dirty.

Unhappy. Order was wrong, again. Every time we order, they always get it wrong somehow with the most basic order instructions. Our friends even have the same issues. Instantly sick after eating, and that’s different food items each time we order. Today was the bacon king when I asked for the roadhouse crispy chicken sandwich. I don’t understand how you can mess that up, drive through wasn’t busy at all. Terrible service. Should rehire new people and clean the place as it’s not sanitary. Very sad to see a place that was good a couple years ago, fall apart due to company’s laziness.
