The usual Starbucks quality products. The baristas are friendly, and great. Do be mindful if there is a line as the wait can be long depending on complexity of orders. What Plattonian doesn't like about Starbucks Tom Thumb:
They were relatively busy on a late Saturday morning. Their new Christmas flavors are really good. This time I had the Caramel Brulee, and previously I've had the sugar cookie flavor. What I didn't like is that the restrooms were dirty with NO TOILET PAPER. View all feedback.
The man who took my order was very rude on taking my order and very judgmental towards what I was ordering never ordering here
I was in the line waiting prior to the store closing. We waited for approximately 10 minutes and no one came to get our order. We went to the window and all of the workers moved to the back of the store. I drove to the front to check the time and they had already locked the front doors. Needless to say, I was not impressed with the service.
Employees here are nice but clearly new and slow. The manager is insufferable and spends his entire shift talking to the employees, distracting them from serving customers. Spent 3 minutes waiting to be acknowledged because the employee didn’t want to upset her manager by telling him to hush.
