If I had to define what authentic Tex-Mex cuisine is, I would call it Roy's Mexican American Cuisine! I absolutely love dining at this restaurant! The atmosphere is so cozy and inviting. The staff is incredibly friendly, making me feel like I'm at a family gathering every time I visit. The food and service were both enjoyable. I requested extra shrimp with my salad, but when the bill arrived, I noticed a $12 charge for the shrimp. I could have simply ordered another salad instead. Lesson learned: always inquire about the cost of extras! View all feedback.
