Very friendly staff, very good portions, delicious, own parking, well located, clean.

Our waitress was nice, that was about the only good thing. The hostess acted like it was an inconvenience to sit us at a table. We initially weren't getting anyone to take our drink order so we flagged her down and asked if she'd help us so she did. Alcoholic drinks are over priced (mimosa is $8). Soda is hot and flat. Fruit is served partially frozen or freeze dried, not fresh fruit. My friend had the farmhouse skillet and the peppers were hard, like raw not cooked. My steak benny was OK but the steak was too chewy. Stuffed avocado was bland, no seasoning. Wouldn't recommend any of the food.

I believe this place has a labor shortage that severely impacts the operation.Took 15 mins to be greeted. Long time for the food to come out. Empty drinks. Cold and under cooked food. This is all while the servers are scrambling trying to keep upAtmosphere is great, and has a ton of potential to be a cute brunch spot. Unfortunately, fell way short for our first experience.

The coffee was good, but the food was bland. The service was so slow and bad. Now, there was other staff there that definitely tried to help out, and I definitely appreciate that. But I defiantly will not recommend them nor return.
