i placed an order online i totally goofed up on my end and ordered twice as many tacos that i needed and Junior was so nice and so patient with me on getting my refund. most people would have definitely been upset with me because of the extra work he had to do. but he was very friendly and understanding and patient. the world needs more kind people like Junior! thanks so much for being kind God bless you dude!?? Accepts orders then cancels when there 's nowhere else to order. This establishment needs to improve their ordering services and team that is behind it. Until I am satisfied with their services I will not be changing my review and I HIGHLY recommend driving a little further to a different Jack in the Box. HORRIBLE… never got acknowledged at the speaker, and once I pulled up, they took forever to come to the window to help me complete an order

Just wish they’d squash these issues with the delivery system. is such a headache
If you love slow service with mediocre food and a sewer smell to accompany your trip to a fast food location this might be the spot for you!
Most nights after 11 the fries will be cold and stale.
