Only one woman there to work the operation and... read more We went for breakfast at 6:30 AM and were the only ones there. It looked dirty with visible debris on the floor. Only one woman there to work the operation and she seemed busy with take out orders. My pancakes were really good and the food was great. Service was just really slow and considering it was $14 for my pancakes and coffee plus tip I should have gone to a local establishment for my business.

The silverware was not washed before wrapping and the table was missing syrup, pepper and hot sauce. I paid $3.19 for two pieces of tiny bacon. The manager seemed absentminded and no one seemed to care about service. This place is gross and definitely a product of upper managements apathy towards customer common decency . Do not go to this IHOP it feels like sad summer camp

They... read more I visited IHOP with a group of friends for dinner, and we had a blast. The service was amazing and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They even introduced us to the manager, who spoke several languages and was very friendly. We had a lot of fun and enjoyed our food. ?

The location 700 N Tarrant Pkwy suite 108, Keller, TX 76248 had slow service (45 mins to get our order). Then when we recieved out meals, the blueberry pancakes were not eatable. The blueberrieswere dumped in the cenert of the pancake and no pankcake dough around them. It was just a blueberry hole about 1/2 of thepancake. Had to send them back. The replacement pancakes came out and there were no blueberries in the pancake but just rawblueberries rolling off the top of the pancakes. Had a talk withbthe manager and she said she would make it right. The 3rd setof pancakes were done well. No holes and they were full pancakes with blueberries throughout. Next we order some to gobreakfeasts for our daughter and grandchildren. We were waiting for the waitress to bring it out and take our payment. We waitedfor 40 minutes and I finially had to get someone else to find out what was going on. The waitress finially came out and said shedid not know what was going on and went to find out. A few minutes later she came back and said it was made and was at thewaiting at the TO GO bin. It was cold by now and I asked for the manager again. She refused to come and talk to us. She alsowould not comp us for taking so lone and all the issues we had. She was not professional at all. I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS IHOP ATALL. RUN AWAY. This place is not living up to the high standards IHOP is known for. The manager needs more training on how towork with Customers
