And she did it ALL with a smile on her face, while still keeping up with all of her tables. What John French doesn't like about Ihop:
DO NOT go to this IHOP!! Literally waited 40 minutes for our food and when it finally came out it was lukewarm at best. Staff seemed overwhelmed and snippy. There are definitely other IHOP locations with much better service and staff. Avoid this one!! Very disappointing to say the least. View all feedback.

Edit: Restaurant called me (after we contacted them on the provided email/site) , said (insisted) I got my name wrong, called me Sonia (totally off), claimed they isolated my family because there was just one person and a manager—doesn't make sense! Did not explain the waiter behavior at all! They offered free food but no apology. We won't be going back to this IHOP! And I would advise for you to do the same, stay away from this location!Unpleasant Visit to IHOP Rufe Snow Location ? Date: January 12, 2024My family and I had a disappointing experience at IHOP on Rufe Snow tonight around 7 PM. The server, an older lady with red hair, made things awkward from the start.First, she put us in a corner just because we had kids, and then she handed us our drinks and food instead of putting them on the table. On top of that, she was on her phone a lot, even going outside for calls.The frustration continued as we had to bug her for refills, water, and to get her attention for ordering. To make matters worse, we found dark black spots (spoiled) on the broccoli in one of the plates – definitely not appetizing.Adding to the letdown, the floor was really dirty, and the tables and booths weren't much cleaner either. It was an all around disappointing visit.On our way out, we saw her being super nice to another couple, which just made the whole experience even more frustrating.Sharing this so hopefully things get better. Everyone deserves a good time when they go out to eat, and tonight was far from it.

The slowest service ever it was just me and my Wife and two other people in the whole Restaurant and it took us almost 2 hours to get our food.
We went for breakfast at 6:30 AM and were the only ones there. It looked dirty with visible debris on the floor. Only one woman there to work the operation and she seemed busy with take out orders. My pancakes were really good and the food was great. Service was just really slow and considering it was $14 for my pancakes and coffee plus tip I should have gone to a local establishment for my business.
