Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

Food is good. This afternoon, 5/9/24, same young man at the drive through when I visited. This is the second time he has worked the window when I've been there. He never greets you, looks you in the eye or thanks you for spending your money with them. A disappointing representative for the restaurant.

I had an matching experience with one of the employees at this location named jesus. i had a doordasher pick up my order and deliver it cold, late, with missing items and jesus was more than willing to help me out by reassuring me he would re make my food and did:

The staff here are so kind and the food is phenomenal. Freddys is the best place on earth .

Everything was great but they really need to pay attention to cleaning up the tables after customers leave, because they're not sanitary for other people to sit down and eat, especially when there's still grease and remains of food still on the table, should pay attention to cleanliness, wiping tables and chairs and the booths otherwise great place to eat
