The waiter... read more I went to a Networking meeting at FnG eats tonight. Yummy food as always. I got the pecan-encrusted chicken salad, but forgot to take a photo, sorry. The waiters also remembered my drink order from last time in November! I had total knee replacement surgery in early January and requested an ice pack and they were incredibly accommodating. Thank you!

The food was... read more The service was exceptional; Darci took excellent care of us. She was friendly, knowledgeable, confident, and attentive throughout our entire meal. The food was creative, delicious, and indulgently comforting, hitting all the right notes. Each course felt like it had a unique touch. We particularly enjoyed the cracklings with cheese sauce. The bison burger was large and juicy, while my favorite was the Kobe sliders. The aioli added an extra layer of richness to the already juicy and perfectly cooked Kobe beef. The root vegetable chips were addictive—I could eat them every day, and the spices complemented them perfectly. We loved the atmosphere and will definitely return.

The food is exceptional, the specialty cocktails are expertly prepared and delicious, and the service is outstanding. We recently had a surprise birthday party for my wife here and the manager (Richard) was very accommodating. Our guests arrived before us and Richard personally made sure all of the details were perfect. The table was set up exactly the way we requested and he brought out fresh appetizers as soon as our guests arrived. We requested Hunter as our waiter and, as always, he didn’t disappoint. He took great care of us. Our drinks were never empty, he remembered our large party’s order without taking a single note, and brought out my wife’s birthday cake at the end of the meal as requested. Hunter sets the bar for what customer service should be. He’s friendly, professional and takes great pride in taking care of his guests. Well done FnG! Thanks for another great night at our favorite place!

Refreshing with a hint of sweetness The queso and black bean lilo is amazing with some of the best black bean dip I have found. Ask for bartender Quon for fantastic service! Check out the amazing frozen booze dispenser. One of a few in the metro, a dedicated cooler loop with ice accumulated around the taps dispensing Ice cold libations. Thanks Hunter for the low-down!

Our waiter, who has been at the bar for 10 years but didn’t share his name, gave outstanding service. He praised the owners for their support of the staff throughout the pandemic. I followed his recommendations and loved every dish! I began with a Four Season Manhattan, and for dinner, we tried the Prima Naana, Red Bird Farms Chicken, and shared the KTX Greens. We will definitely be returning!

The fries were perfectly crispy, and the root vegetable fries were surprisingly flavorful, seasoned just right. My Crown and Cranberry drink was also reasonably priced and very enjoyable. Although I didn’t try it myself, everyone who ordered the chicken and waffles seemed very impressed. The only downside, which was more due to our group’s last-minute increase in size than the restaurant itself, was that the staff wasn’t fully prepared for such a large party, so our orders took longer than usual to arrive. Nevertheless, Hannah and the bartender (whose name I didn’t catch) did their best to get our food and drinks to us as quickly as possible despite the delays. With a big group like ours, there were a few billing mix-ups that had to be sorted out, but that was just part of the chaos on our end. Overall, the staff handled everything amazingly well. I would definitely recommend FnG Eats; the decor was lovely, and I’m already looking forward to coming back to try more of the delicious dishes I kept catching the aroma of.

One of the dishes that night was chicken-fried venison, and my son loved it so much he nearly cleaned his plate. I ordered the salmon salad, which was incredibly fresh and tasty.
