This evening (12/01/2022) was our first visit to this location and we both remarked at how we've always had great experiences at this chain. Food was hot, fresh and delicious. There were only 3 working and they wereall three continuously cooking, filling orders, taking orders and running them out to waiting customers. We were the only two inthe dining room, but they took time to greet us, and check back to make sure we were enjoying our meal. Thank you to the staffthis evening!

Went on my lunch break asked if they had any specials she told me that there was a 3pc dark with fries a drink and a biscuit or roll, first of all they gave me... read more Went on my lunch break asked if they had any specials she told me that there was a 3pc dark with fries a drink and a biscuit or roll, first of all they gave me a 3pc that tasted like it had been under a heat lamp since yesterday, roll was dry and hard. Iasked for a side of gravy i got no ff and she said the gravy was my side charged me 2.70 for the fries instead of 1.60 forgravy, argued with me about it only for the food to be gross. Wat was supposed to be $7.58 ended up being an $11 meal. Ill nevergo back.

Gave them another try on 08/18/22 this time durin... read more Picked up a chicken order late before closing on 08/08/22. Mashed potatoes were sour and Cole slaw was rancid. Gave them another try on 08/18/22 this time during dinner. Staff was friendly but when i got home, my 12 piece meal was missing 3 pieces ofchicken. Disappointing for a family of 5.
