Wow! We had an amazing experience today. The service was outstanding, and your staff was incredibly kind and patient with my son, who has special needs. Thank you for bringing him joy during our drive back to Houston. Whenever we're in Keller, we'll definitely come back!
I always receive excellent service whenever I visit this restaurant. The location is consistently clean, and I appreciate their efforts to address any issues that come up. I absolutely love this place! In fact, I'm heading there right now after just having another fantastic experience!
When I took my item to the counter and asked about the advertised discount, the cashier told me she needed to scan it to find out more. This response wasn’t very helpful in guiding me to where I could find the discount coupon in the app. She scanned the item and mentioned its price was $10 with a $3 discount, making it seem like I was saving money. However, the marked price was actually $7. If I had known the item was originally priced at $10, I wouldn’t have bothered to pick it up. Overall, my experience felt like a complete waste of time due to their misleading rewards program. I ended up deleting the app and will opt for QT in the future. Additionally, their coffee selection and quality are quite poor in comparison to Circle K.
