At the end of the first scoop of ice cream, I suddenly had a moldy taste in my mouth and then saw that the scoop was placed on a large patch of mold. I returned the ice cream, was offered a new one and briefly apologized for it. The replacement ice cream cup (also reusable) was clean inside (was also shown to me). However, while eating the replacement ice cream I noticed that there were lots of mold spots on the outside edge and on the bottom. I then reported this back again and only received a short apology. I would have expected much more here! Tip: Don 't buy the ice cream in a reusable cup! The ice cream itself is delicious!
