Was J “ZoeChloe” G at Panda Express a mag?
The service was excellent, and the staff members were all quite friendly. However, even when the restaurant wasn't busy, they tended to stay behind the counter chatting instead of cleaning the tables, which were all quite dirty. Unfortunately, when our food was ready, we had to wipe down our own table with a napkin before we could even sit down to eat. The overall cleanliness of the place was lacking and definitely n... What Emmanuel CALDERARA dislikes about Panda Express:
The service is incredibly slow. There’s usually a wait of 10 to 20 minutes, and the staff can be quite rude. When I try to order from the menu, they inform me that some items will take over 10 minutes to prepare. Either have the food ready or don’t list it on the menu! View all feedback.
Where's the beef in my broccoli beef? This dish is mostly broccoli with just a tiny sprinkle of what could be beef on top—definitely not enough for a proper serving!
I had a terrible experience tonight, and unfortunately, this is not the first time I've had an issue with the same employee. I need to get in touch with the Director regarding serious complaints about Mr. Alfredo S. First, he was reluctant to assist me with ordering catering for a larger group. Then, while he was putting my utensils in the bag, I saw him drop the forks on the floor, only to pick them up and place them directly into my bag. When I brought this to his attention, he responded with an attitude, sarcastically saying, "No, man!" even though another customer also witnessed the incident. I have been a loyal customer at this location for a long time and have never faced any issues except with him. His disrespectful behavior is unacceptable. As a senior citizen and a veteran of the United States Armed Forces, I do not appreciate being treated this way. I want to escalate this matter to upper management.
The foods is not consistent in flavors. Sometimes it salty other times lacks of flavors. If want steam rice don’t go after 9pm. They constantly run out of it.
I've generally had positive experiences at this restaurant, but I've encountered the same issue twice now, and it seems like others are facing it too. I placed a mobile order for two plates, which indicated when they would be ready. I arrived five minutes later, but my order wasn’t ready. After waiting another five minutes with no updates, I asked the cashier to check on it. Instead of helping, she went off to assist other customers. Meanwhile, I noticed a long line of people waiting to place their orders, and after another ten minutes, they were already paying for their meals. When I followed up again, they told me it would be a few more minutes. I decided to wait another five, but eventually, I asked to cancel my order since it was nearly 30 minutes past the scheduled time. A manager then stepped in, made my order, and apologized, but that really defeats the purpose of mobile ordering. I understand they can get busy, but other restaurants seem to manage the process better. It’s been frustrating to experience this twice in a row.
This was my worst experience at Panda Express. I received five small pieces of cold sesame chicken, no teriyaki chicken was available, and the super greens were mostly large chunks of cabbage with very few actual greens. The drinks were watered down, the service was slow, and I had to ask for forks, straws, and napkins. Unfortunately, they were out of napkins and only gave us one straw and one fork.
