I try to avoid going to the Keizer station, but sometimes I have no other options.

I... read more I visited the drive-thru to grab a meal, but after waiting in the parking lot for a while, they brought out my food without any utensils or a fortune cookie. I could have managed if at least the utensils were included, as I had no way to eat the food. Common Panda, you need to improve on this!

I placed... read more I've generally had positive experiences at this restaurant, but I've encountered the same issue twice now, and it seems like others are facing it too. I placed a mobile order for two plates, which indicated when they would be ready. I arrived five minutes later, but my order wasn’t ready. After waiting another five minutes with no updates, I asked the cashier to check on it. Instead of helping, she went off to assist other customers. Meanwhile, I noticed a long line of people waiting to place their orders, and after another ten minutes, they were already paying for their meals. When I followed up again, they told me it would be a few more minutes. I decided to wait another five, but eventually, I asked to cancel my order since it was nearly 30 minutes past the scheduled time. A manager then stepped in, made my order, and apologized, but that really defeats the purpose of mobile ordering. I understand they can get busy, but other restaurants seem to manage the process better. It’s been frustrating to experience this twice in a row.

I received five small pieces of cold sesame chicken, no teriyaki chicken was available, and the super greens were mostly large chunks of cabbage with very few actual greens. The drinks were watered down, the service was slow, and I had to ask for forks, straws, and napkins. Unfortunately, they were out of napkins and only gave us one straw and one fork.

I really enjoy Panda Express! They offer delicious Chinese dishes, fast service, and reasonable prices. Plus, their location in my neighborhood at Keizer Station makes it convenient and good for our gas mileage. I highly recommend Panda Express to anyone who appreciates tasty food at a fair price. Their menu is great, and they even include extra sauces and fortune cookies! Thank you, Panda Express!
