Was Jeanne D Andre at Noble Wave a mag?

My husband and I were recommended this restaurant, so we decided to stop by for Sunday brunch. While the indoor seating was fully booked, we opted for the outdoor area since the weather was lovely. I ordered the shrimp and grits, and my husband went for the "ladder," which featured layers of French toast and fried chicken tenders. The food was delicious, and the portion size for the ladder was impressive. However, I... View all feedback.

What Luke Skywalker dislikes about Noble Wave:

The hot bird sandwich was decent, but I decided to swap my fries for a Caesar salad for an extra $3, which turned out to be wilted and inedible. Everything else was excessively salted. The $7 portion of spicy fried pickles lacked both spice and flavor, especially considering their $14 price tag. The only highlight of this place is its cocktails. View all feedback.

This restaurant was suggested to my husband and we stop there for Sunday brunch. The inside seating was full but we preferred outdoor. It was a nice day out. I ordered the shrimp and grits and my husband tried the ladder which was French toast layeredwith fried chicken tenders. Food was great, really good portion size for the ladder. I think the shrimp grits portion was abit lacking. We also tried the bin-yays (Beignets) and some mimosa. Really good flavor. We will definitely be back to try otheritems in the menu.

Hot bird sandwich was good but I replaced my side of fries with a Caesar salad that cost me $3 more and the salad was completely wilted and inedible. Everything else was extremely oversalted. $7 portion of spicy fried pickles were neither spicy nor tastyfor $14. The only thing this place really has going for it is it 's cocktails

The food is delicious and fresh (large portions). Their drinks are also very flavorful they have about 6 different flavors in slush-style alcoholic beverages, which are perfect for the hot weather during the summer. A good treat for the kids would be thebeignets my kids love them! ????????????

This review is just for the beignets Holly cow I have found an actual authentic, good beignet!!!! Thank you, thank you for being the salvation in the west for my southern self. My soul is truly happy today! Fluffy and crispy, hot and sweet andperfectly cooked. I will battle downtown (don't normally if I don't have to) just to come get these little golden nuggets ofperfection. Open and bright. A playful interior, clean and friendly service. I'll try something new next time I come to getthose beignets. Recommended

Not impressed by this place. Atmosphere I'd say it's a 5, seat yourself and order upfront. They were out of there signatures meal items blackened alligator. We had the fried chicken sliders, they were ok. Limp, wilted Cole slaw. Chicken tastes prettydecent but very thin slices, then we had fried pickles, very overly salty, almost inedible. Black coffee was so bitter anddark, five creamers couldn't help this cup of Joe. Lastly, we had the fried chicken filets on spicy red beans and a clump ofwhite rice on top, not a favorite at the table.

One downside, however, is that the restaurant does not have many vegan options and lacks a dedicated vegan menu. The owner is incredibly friendly and shared the story of how Noble Wave was founded. While the food is fantastic, he mentioned that they are also aiming to gain more recognition for their drinks. They offer a variety of beverages, including wine, cocktails, beer, and apple wine. I also want to highlight the excellent service we received. Our server, Brenna, was not only helpful but also assisted a new staff member who was struggling with their orders. She was kind to a nearby family when they accidentally spilled a drink as well. The atmosphere can be quite noisy, but if that's not your preference, there are outdoor seating options available. The vibrant colors and lively music added to the enjoyable experience. Overall, it was a fantastic first visit!

I'm looking for a real Po'boy sandwich for a bit, and my wife discovered this little gem in the reed opera house. it was not a traditional po’boy (with oysters, though they had one with garnel), but it was with black alligator. one of my favorite meats, and since my favorite metzger has closed the load to find harder. it was amazing! also the fried pickles were really good. my wife and daughter loved the burger, in the did my wife says best burger since willamette valley burger co. it was a bit expensive, but after eating we decided that it was worth every last cent. will come back in any case!
