Haley and Holly are incredibly sweet and go above and beyond to ensure you have a great experience. They're fantastic, and I highly recommend visiting this restaurant!
On my previous visits, the service was somewhat lackluster. The staff appeared disengaged and it seemed like professionalism wasn't a priority. However, this time, my husband and I were truly impressed by Evan and Amanda, who took excellent care of us after our long journey. They were cheerful and engaging, making our experience enjoyable with their jokes and laughter. Their vibrant energy really created a fun and lively atmosphere!
I have visited Jamba many times over the years and always had a great experience, but recently, especially in the past few months, the staff have been terrible. The few employees who show up often do nothing and seem unmotivated, which is frustrating. The posted hours are clear, yet I have been there before 9 PM and noticed that even though they say they close at 10, the staff hide behind the counters and turn off the lights when customers arrive. This behavior is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. The employees are wasting the company’s time and money, and there’s no excuse for hiring rude and dismissive staff members. One person in particular, Shayly, stood out for her poor attitude. I hope next time they actually do their jobs instead of being a burden.
The service was friendly and upbeat. I had to ask for help differentiating between two smoothies that were virtually identical. Would've liked a lable or marking for a more intuitive and proactive experience. I did get a good response when I asked for help.
