Michel's Patisserie - Keilor Downs

I stopped here for a coffee and a spinach and cheese roll for lunch recently, it was the best. The roll was heated to perfection and my coffee was extra hot, just like I like it. This place was spotless, the staff were friendly and courteous and I look forward to visiting them again. Congratulations, well done and thank you!

Poor service, usually buy coffee there but was told there was no time for use of the buy one get one free deal. What’s the point of the offer if it can’t be used. I asked the staff member to use it before the order was taken. The staff member said usually during busy periods it can’t be used, then she mentioned it to another customer she had to process it but she ended up declining it. No other staff members have declined it. Why decline it after the orders taken. Complete waste of my time waiting!

My opinion is terrible unfriendly rude staff. Would never recommend or return
