This was my first visit to Santoni, and I was impressed with both the service and the food. I started with the arancini, which were perfectly crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside. For my main dish, I enjoyed the delicious orecchiette. I also had a fantastic virgin negroni! I would definitely love to come back again.

This was our second visit to Santoni, after previously visiting in 2020 then time sadly getting in the way. We really hope to try and get at least one more visit in before they unfortunately close. The ingredients which they use are of the highest quality the best mix of locally sourced vs Italian imported and you can really tell that they care about their products. They pre ferment their pizza dough over a long period so you can be sure that you get a pizza full of flavour, but is also importantly light and digestible so won’t leave you bloated like many U.K. options. Their arancini and affogato were some of the rest of my party’s particular highlights, but really their entire menu is well worth a try. The staff are all really attentive and friendly, the atmosphere is great whilst I’m not Italian myself, the place really reminds me of many great first and second generation Italian restaurants I went to with family for special occasions as a child (the tiramisu brings all sorts of nostalgia flooding back). The owners should be really proud of what they have achieved and I highly anticipate that whatever they do next will be just as great. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £30–40
