Yahso Jamaican Grille - Keene

This was a typical diner with all the regular items on the menu. Nothing too fancy here. The staff were all friendly, helpful and quite courteous. I had the standard breakfast and my wife the Oatmeal. We were both satisfied.

I stopped by this restaurant for breakfast last week. There were almost as many wait staff employees visible (two as there were customers (three . I ordered the Breakfast Special (French Toast, Scrambled Eggs, Sausage, etc. from the menu. It was of very poor quality. To start, the temperature of every item on the plate was somewhere between tepid and cold. The French Toast, in particular, had a center that was wet and cold-tasting to the tongue. None of the items on the plate had either the appearance or the taste of being just cooked. My clear impression is that there was not a qualified chef back there in the kitchen, cooking up the meals that were being ordered, but that what had been placed on the plate before me were frozen food items that had been purchased from either a grocery store or wholesaler, and then just popped into the microwave by the server. It suddenly became very clear to me why there were so few customer in the place! Hopefully, this review will help others to avoid a similar experience.

I love timoleons but one of the waitresses flipped out when I asked if there was a place I could put my stroller with my 13 day old baby in it. She then threw something at the counter and just walked away. This was very upsetting and made me very upset and anxious

Was very happy with my meal here. Had steak and eggs which all were cooked to perfection. The waitress was very polite and the service was quick. Can't beat the atmosphere inside. Sat at the counter and enjoyed every bit of it. Prices are great. Would have paid much more I'm sure elsewhere. Keep up the good work and I highly recommend this restaurant.

Food and service was good and prices were reasonable. Casual, down-home style eatery. We ordered breakfast meals with eggs, pancakes, sausage, bacon, toast, OJ, tomato juice and a side of corned beef hash (Yes, we were hungry! and portions were sufficient and everything tasted very good. I recommend, definitely!
