My wife and I came inside the store today from ordering on line our orders were wrong we asked that they remake our order and was told that we could not get a r... read more My wife and I came inside the store today from ordering on line our orders were wrong we asked that they remake our order and was told that we could not get a remake we then asked for a refund and was told that we could not get a refund so we then Called the police and the store workers had restraining oders put out on my wife and I. We will be uploading a video to coporate and social media as to how we were treated.

One person is doing all the work while the other is constantly on their phone, texting, watching TikTok, and going outside or to the bathroom every time you turn around. It's supposed to be teamwork, not playtime. They should help instead of goofing off. In my opinion, the hard worker deserves a raise.

When we sat down a little bit after my friend got some traumatic news we were not making a scene or anything she just crying to herself and excused herself to the bathroom when she calmed down she walked out and sat back down but a man was sitting there following behind her then he asked us to leave because we were there to long (we were there for 15 minutes) and said he was going to call cops and yelled at my friend to stop crying because she was making a scene and then said he would have us banned we were waiting inside trying to find a ride but he kicked us out I hope everything changed in the future.this was messed up and needs to be fixed

Was made to feel unwelcome even though we didn't bother or even speak to anybody. Was rushed while in the restroom and told that we had to leave. Staff was completely uncompassionate. We will NOT be doing any business at this location.
