Oh? my.. god? I?ve had the worst experience of my life.. I always get the bacon egg and cheese crossiant here? but today they forgot the bacon.. okay? that?s fine.. it happens.. but I was just outside the store, so I came inside and showed it to the guyup front whom I assume is the manager.. I showed him front and back of the sandwich, which HAD no bacon.. I do not likegaslighting. It is unkind and unjust? he or whoever, dropped a tiny piece of bacon to the side and tried coming back to show me.I was not born yesterday.. I lifted that crossiant up before he handed me back the ?crossiant with the bacon? and the one Ishowed him, HAD.. no bacon.. it?s okay to just make a brand new one.. but DO NOT gaslight the customer.. it?s unprofessional andVERY rude? your staff should be shamed.. that type of gaslighting can really mess with a person and ruin their entire day. Watchyour behavior?

I went to this place and the employees seemed to be in a very bad mood, today is a holiday, it's almost closing time and still they didn't even give me my receipt, they need to improve the service, attention franchise owner!

The staff is great! They do the best they can, despite the crowd and pandemic. They are polite and friendly. All I order is well prepared, right, great selection of drinks food. I also like the location.
