Hailing from Georgia, I can confidently say that I'll definitely be making a trip to get her chicken again. There are plenty of chickens in Georgia, but nothing compares to Chicken Galore! View all feedback.
What Paul Alfieri doesn't like about Chicken Galore:
I grew up enjoying meals here, and it used to be the best spot for chicken. Unfortunately, it's not as good anymore, and it seems they've switched suppliers. It's no longer worth it. View all feedback.
The best fried chicken I have eaten so far in the USA, the gentleman who serves is very friendly, the place takes you back to the 70s, the chicken is very fresh and has good flavor.
It a old school place but the food is good. The clerk was really nice and a sports addict like me so we chatted the whole time. I will be
My usual is a 10 piece dark meat (legs thighs). I think this is the best fried chicken in town. Better than Popeyes and the other big chains. Prices have certainly gone up the last 3 years but that's because of inflation and supply chain disruptions.
Pros: good ole fried food.Cons: too expensive for typically cheap food $27 for 3 items. It was no better than kennedys fried chicken. And the food took long.
I chose Chicken Galore as my birthday dinner yesterday. I have always enjoyed the chicken and ribs from the Woodbridge location for easily 30 years. Being closer to the Kearny locationI thought we would try it out. I must say that I was very disappointed in my choice, especially since we purchased food for 6 people. Ribs and chicken were overcooked and dry. Appetizer combo was mushy and tasteless. Although I will not be recommending this location, I may try them again. Everyone deserves a second chance.
