I've dined at this Runza several times before, but this was our least satisfying experience. It felt more like an assembly line than a welcoming eatery.

We ate lunch and planned to take 18 frozen Runzas back to Kentucky and Tennessee with us, but they only had 14 in the freezer that were not frozen yet. We told... read more We ate lunch and planned to take 18 frozen Runzas back to Kentucky and Tennessee with us, but they only had 14 in the freezer that were not frozen yet. We told them that was fine, that we would keep them in the cooler until we got home and freeze them then. They wrapped 4 more in a different color of paper and put them in the freezer to cool off while we ate! That was so thoughtful! I also LOVE that Runza has Fringles!!
