Had the strawberry poppyseed chicken salad. It was just ok, I loved the idea of the fruit and mixed greens but not much salad dressing on my salad probably could have been more stars but needed more flavor.

My 74 year old mother bought lunch for her office. A week later she was going through her banking and realize that she had been charged $87 instead of the $36 she thought she paid. She went to the store to speak with a manager. The assistant she spoke to was very friendly and was trying to get to the bottom of the problem. The general manager came out and told my mother that she had tipped $51 on a $36 lunch. She told my mother there was nothing she would do for her. My mother then told her that she needed to make it right. The General Manager kick my 74 year old mother out of the store. My mother is a long time business owner here in Kearney. This is no way to treat people. I don’t know what happened but I know my mother would not tip $51!! Will make sure that many people in our community hear about this!!!!

The young woman at the register was friendly and extremely helpful while we placed our order. However, trying to study for an important test proved to be quite a challenge. The girl at the drive-thru kept shouting everything she said, even after I politely requested her to lower her voice. It was frustrating to have to endure an employee's loud conversations throughout my visit. I believe it's important for staff to show consideration for the customers in the establishment.

The staff is friendly and wears masks (thank you for that!). The food is great, but the place feels too crowded during the pandemic. I think there should be restrictions on capacity and the use of air purifiers for safety.

The food was excellent, but unfortunately, the overall experience fell short. It's 2 PM, and there are only a handful of customers, yet every single available table is visibly dirty, and the carpets are covered in crumbs. I’m astonished by the poor cleanliness standards here. I could be more forgiving if the place were busy and the staff were struggling to keep up, but that’s clearly not the situation.
