Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Kearney

After going thru the drive thru, my ice cream did not have the extra fudge that I had asked for and had already paid $1.00 to add.. so I had to come back in to ask them to put extra fudge on there again.. But the chick manager made me pay $1.00 AGAIN!!! Not to mention, she was rude about it.. so i paid $2.00 for extra fudge.. she did give me a little sauce cup full, but i would have been better off getting curbside pick up from the grocery store next door.. we won't be going back to this DQ again anytime soon..

We went inside due to the drive through line not moving. Once inside it was obvious why the long line. Three teenage girls were more worried about an off duty guy that was hanging around. They spent more time talking and getting him free ice cream, etc. . Basically ignoring paying customers. There was another family of four obviously annoyed by this also. The off duty guy was sitting on the end of the counter and going behind the counter. We ordered two items, one was not correct. The girl replied when we said something about it “ that’s what you ordered”. I said no here’s my receipt and this isn’t the same. She looked annoyed and said so is this what you want? Pointing to my receipt. I said yes and when she talked to the other person through the window that was making the food I heard her say “ make this one wait”. I have been to this store many time and I will never return

Could have better customer service skills but food was

This place was busy after a local football game. The vanilla ice cream wasn't working properly so they asked if we'd be ok with chocolate. We were. So the food wasn't great, and it took forever but the young lady helping us was phenomenal. She was friendly, apologetic, and overall just a great girl.

While I usually go to cameron,mo dairy queen I've started going to this one because they have more options.
