2024-04-12: It is difficult to miss this pink building while driving down the road. I ordered a bowl of Turkey Noodle Soup and the Special Turkey Plate. The food was excellent and it was VERY filling, even for my enormous appetite.

What a joke. Lousy fake food, turkey loaf whipped potato water packed corn all hidden by fake bright yellow 'gravy ' plus way too expensive. Imagine an elementary school cafeteria. Update:: i found something to like about this restaurant; whomever handles the social media, very funny good job. View all feedback.

Been eating here for 40 years delicious food fast and great staff I stop in every time I make it up that way
Not too many old school family owned restaurants like this left. We always stop at the Turkey Roost for a quick turkey diner on our way up north to the family lakehouse on the weekends. Quick, friendly, reasonably priced. Don’t sleep on the biscuits or perch dinner on Fridays.
06/15/2024: Visited on a Saturday just before 11am. Ordered breakfast. She had french toast with bacon, I had the Country Special eggs, American fries, sausage toast. Hot coffee was much appreciated. 08/25/2914: Visited on a Sunday. 11am hour. Same order as above. Same result. Thank you for feeding us today.
Was going to try a different place today on way to casino, but they were packed for their last days in business. Glad we stopped at Turkey Roost. My 2nd time ever at Turkey Roost and the food never disappoints! Amazing portions! Felt like I just ate Thanksgiving dinner! You'll never leave the Turkey Roost hungry.
